Phone Spoofing Scam Warning

We want to alert you to a recent increase in phone scams in which fraudsters are spoofing our bank’s phone number and name to appear as if the call is coming directly from us, with the intention of gathering your personal account information.

Please remember:

We will never call you and ask for your account number, online banking username, or password.
We will never ask for your debit card PIN or 3-digit security code.
We will never ask you to provide sensitive information through an unsolicited phone call, text, or email.

If you receive a text message with a link from an unknown number, or regarding a transaction you did not request, do not click the link.

If you are ever unsure whether a call or message is legitimate, hang up immediately or do not respond.
