One example of this technology is Customer Connect, ACB’s Interactive Teller Machines (ITM). Customer Connect offers customers more options to experience convenient, accessible, and personal virtual banking. A few benefits of using Customer Connect are the extended hours of operation, no transaction slips required, check images on your receipt, and a live, local Community Banker who is an employee of Adams Community Bank.

We also recognize the importance of a physical presence and human touch in the banking industry. As part of our commitment to being there for you whenever you need us, we are pleased to announce the expansion of our branch network. In the winter of 2022, we opened an office at 660 Merrill Road in Pittsfield, and in the fall of 2023, we opened our newest office at 342 Stockbridge Road in Great Barrington. With the addition of these two locations, our physical branch network increases to ten sites covering Berkshire County from north to south, making our services more accessible and convenient for you.
