12/6/20 – Adams Community Bank Announces Retirements and Promotions

ADAMS, MA – December 6, 2019 – Adams Community Bank today announced the recent promotions of a number of employees, along with the planned retirements of two long-term staff members.

Pam Duval, VP of Business Loans and Credit Administration, will be retiring December 31st after 30 years of service; and Terry Jajko, VP and Controller will be retiring January 31st after 23 years of service. O’Brien said, “We wish both of these women long and happy retirements and thank them for their years of outstanding service, which has earned the trust and loyalty of our staff and customers alike.”

O’Brien announced that the bank’s government banking division continues to grow with the promotion of the following three individuals: Laila Boucher to Vice President, Government Banking Development; Kris Bona, Vice President, Government Banking Advancement and Kyla Morrisey, Government Banking Officer. In addition, the following employees were promoted: Kelly Charon was promoted to Branch Officer of the Cheshire Branch; Kara Clark was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of the Park Street Branch and Karen Sargent was promoted to oversee our Lee office, adding to her current responsibilities as Branch Officer of our Lenox branch.
