4/8/2021 – Adams Community Bank Announces Promotions

ADAMS, MA – April 8, 2021 – Adams Community Bank announced five employee’s recent promotions.

Elena Tucker has been promoted to SVP Human Resources and Payroll Officer. Elena started at Adams Community Bank in September of 2012 as the Human Resources Manager. She was promoted to HR & Payroll Officer in 2014 before becoming VP in January 2015.

Michael Gwozdz has been promoted to VP Retail Operations. Michael began his career as a Teller at South Adams Savings Bank in September of 2001. Michael brings a vast knowledge of banking from the variety of roles he has held, including IRA Coordinator, Sr. Operations Administrator, and Retail Operations Officer.

Tess Sorrentino has been promoted to VP Accounting & Controller. Tess began her full-time career at Lenox National Bank in September of 2007 as a Loan Assistant. Tess has held roles as VP Compliance Officer, VP Business Development, and transitioned to VP of Accounting in December 2017.

Karen Sargent was hired at Adams Community Bank in April 2019 as the Branch Manager of Lenox and later took on the additional role of managing the Lee branch. Karen has been promoted to AVP Branch Officer of Lee and Lenox.

Jake Dabrowski has moved to AVP, Retail Business Development Officer. Jake joined the Adams Community Bank Team in 2010 and has transferred from managing the Williamstown Branch.
