Adams Community Bank Announces Employee Promotion

ADAMS, MA – August 6, 2025 – Adams Community Bank (ACB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Shelli Cowdrey to Vice President of Loan Servicing. Shelli has been a dedicated member of the Bank’s team for over 19 years, concentrating her entire career in Loan Servicing.

She has earned multiple promotions and increased leadership responsibilities since beginning her journey with the Bank as a loan assistant. Her most recent role was an AVP Loan Servicing Supervisor. Shelli has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and community values.

She will continue working closely with department staff and leadership to uphold the Bank’s integrity, efficiency, and personal service standards.

Shelli is a graduate of the New England School of Financial Studies.
