Beginning Friday, December 4, Adams Community Bank will begin transitioning to Trailmark Bank. The transition will be completed on Monday, December 7, when you will officially begin banking as a Trailmark Bank customer.

Yes. Your account type(s) and account(s) will remain the same following the conversion to Trailmark Bank.
There is no action required because your account number will remain the same, and your previous routing numbers will automatically redirect to Trailmark Bank’s routing number. Most direct deposits, automatic payments, and recurring transfers should continue without interruption.
Yes. You can continue to use your current debit or ATM card following the conversion. New Trailmark Bank debit cards will be issued in early 2027. We will send additional communications with details and instructions before the new cards are distributed.
During this time, you will still be able to use your debit card and access ATMs as you normally would. Customers are encouraged to complete any planned online banking transactions before the conversion weekend. Online & Mobile Banking will be unavailable beginning at 12 PM on Friday, December 4, and are expected to be available again on Monday, December 7.
We are working to make the transition as seamless as possible. Additional information regarding eStatements will be communicated before conversion. No action is required for Adams Community Bank customers. If you are currently enrolled in eStatements, your enrollment will continue automatically, and you will continue to receive your statements electronically after the conversion. You do not need to re-enroll.

Before conversion weekend, please watch for communications from Adams Community Bank and review any instructions provided. If you need assistance, contact your local branch or our Customer Connect at 413.743.0001, and we will be happy to help.
Trailmark Bank’s routing number will be 211871523, which is the same routing number currently used by Adams Community Bank. If you currently use Adams Community Bank’s routing number, no changes are required.
Yes. You can continue using your current checks until you need to reorder. When it’s time to order new checks, they will be issued with the Trailmark Bank name and branding. Deposit tickets will no longer be used after conversion.
Beginning Monday, December 7, customers will have access to all Trailmark Bank branches and ATMs, providing expanded access
and convenience throughout Berkshire County.
You will need to download the new Trailmark Bank mobile app and log in using your current Adams Community Bank username and password. Your Online & Mobile Banking credentials will remain the same.
No. Existing loan terms, CD terms, and interest rates on these products will remain the same as well. Any future changes will be communicated in advance.
We are working to provide a seamless experience for customers with accounts at both banks. Additional information about account access and Online Banking will be communicated before conversion. If you currently have accounts at both Adams Community Bank and Pittsfield Cooperative Bank, your Pittsfield Cooperative Bank accounts will be added to your existing Adams Community Bank Online Banking profile. Beginning December 7, 2026, you will be able to view and manage all of your accounts through a single Trailmark Bank Online Banking login. No action is required on your part.
