Nancy K. Agostini

Nancy Agostini is a retired investigator for the Juvenile Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Nancy joined Adams Community Bank’s Board in 1998. Nancy lives in Williamstown.

Nancy expressed that her favorite aspect of being a board member is being part of an organization that generously supports and embraces the communities it serves.


Rick Dunn

Richard A. Dunn

Rick Dunn is a retired Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at WhoSay, Inc. Rick has been an Adams Community Board member since 2003. He resides in Westfield and was formerly a North Adams resident.

Rick noted that his favorite aspect of being a board member is being part of a well-managed and continuously evolving community-focused institution.


Jeffrey Grandchamp

Jeffrey Grandchamp

Jeff Grandchamp is an attorney and the owner of Grandchamp Law Offices, LLC. He joined Adams Community Bank’s board in 2011. He is currently a resident of Adams.

Jeff said that his favorite part of being a board member is working with the trustees and senior leadership team to develop and employ the resources and talents of the bank to enhance and improve the lives and possibilities of the county’s residents, businesses, and communities.


David Lipinski

David Lipinski

Dave Lipinski works in real estate at Mountain Stream. David joined the Adams Community Bank’s Board in 2007. He resides in Adams.

David noted that his favorite aspect of being a board member is being a part of a dedicated and talented team working to help make a better bank for its employees, customers, and community.


Stephen Pagnotta

Stephen Pagnotta

Steve Pagnotta is an attorney and partner at Donovan, O’Connor and Dodig, LLP. Steve joined Adams Community Bank’s board in 2006. He is a resident of Williamstown.


William "Smitty" Pignatelli

William “Smitty” Pignatelli

Smitty Pignatelli is a state representative for the fourth Berkshire District. He joined Adams Community Bank’s board in 2019. Smitty is a lifelong resident of Lenox.


Sheri Quinn

Sheri Lee Quinn

Sheri Quinn is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and co-owner of Killeen Arace & Quinn, PC. Sheri joined Adams Community Bank’s board in 2020. She resides in New Ashford.

Sheri noted that her favorite aspect of being a board member is being part of such a community-based bank. She enjoys the challenge and opportunity to learn and contribute her experience and knowledge.


John Sinopoli

John Sinopoli

John Sinopoli is President, and CEO, of Synagex, an IT-managed services and cybersecurity company. John’s extensive financial sector exposure and IT and cybersecurity expertise will be indispensable assets to the Bank.

John joined the Adams Community Bank Board in the Spring of 2023. He lives in Pittsfield.


Francis "Bigs" Waterman

Francis A Waterman Jr.

Bigs Waterman owns and operates Waterman Excavating. Bigs joined the Adams Community Board in 2011. He lives in Cheshire.


William Young

William A. Young

Bill Young is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Berkshire Health Systems. Bill joined Adams Community Bank’s board in 2020. He resides in Hinsdale.

Bill stated that his favorite aspect of being a board member is the opportunity to use his experience and skills to help such a great organization as ACB.


Charlie O'Brien President & CEO

Charles O’Brien
Charlie O’Brien is President and Chief Executive Officer of Adams Community Bank since 2002. Charlie joined Adams Community Bank’s board in 1998 and resides in Williamstown.

When asked what his favorite aspect about being a board member was, Charlie replied: “I have enjoyed seeing the evolution at the bank over the past 20 years. Our ACB team makes such a positive difference for us. I admire the growth and development of our staff members as they’ve broadened their skills. Our team evolved as officers deepened their leadership skills, while Board members challenged management to become the premier community bank in the Berkshires. I’m especially proud that we have elevated our commitment to the community through both a significant increase in charitable giving and through our staff volunteering thousands of hours on countless non-profit boards and projects.”
